transfering music from V Cast phone to computer?

i want to transfer a song I bought off of V Cast music from my phone onto my computer. I have an Everyone Loves Chocolate, if that helps. I've tried using windows media player, but whenever i drag it and sync it it says theres been an error. same with all the other songs. It says all of the songs are 0 seconds long...
i also tried going into the phone's interal memory (something like that) from my computer and dragging the song into a folder or desktop. it said it would work (it has the little plus sign) but when i let go of my mouse nothing happens. I also tried using rhapsody, but it says theres no music in my phone. how can i get this song onto my computer? Thanks in advance!

if u bought it from the vcast store...u are entitled to the full quality version of it from the built in store in WMP 10...just go to it...enter your phone number (might ask u some more things) and u will be able to download any songs you have purchased
