Virgin Mobile Phone Question. PLEASE ANSWER. ITS ABOUT THE INTERNET ON IT.?
I have internet on my Virgin Mobile Tnt, and for some reason, right now it wont work. It says Error 500: Bad Gateway. What can I do to fix this? I twas working fine earlier. Also, the VirginXL, wont work right either.
Do I have to have VirginXL in order to access the internet on my phone?
Yes, I have been having the same problems with the mobile web and Virgin XL lately. Its a problem with the network, they are more than likely trying to resolve the issue still. Its not a signal problem, its a data connection problem. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon. Oh, and no, Virgin XL is not required to access the web.
