Cell phone issue with bluetooth sprint/cingular?

I have a sprint phone, I just purchased it because I was anxious to get bluetooth so I can share ringtones with my friends. They have cingular thou... is there ANY possible way I can get ringtones from them still?

Return your sprint phone while you still can, if you can. You have to act fast though. Then run as fast and as far from sprint as you can.

That shouldn't be very hard though, their network sucks.
