Can I change my phone from Verizon to Cingular, please help me out here?

I have verizon service but I have an old cingular phone that I would like to switch.

BUT I'd rather have it switched to the siemens.

THE POINT IS do verizon phones have a SIM card? I cant find it on my samsung, if they even have one, and would it be ok for that phone to be switched to the siemens? I'm not switching carriers, just the phones on my own. I cant afford a professional. haha

Verizon does not use SIM cards so you will NOT be able to use a Cingular phone on the Verizon network. Cingular and Verizon operate on 2 different networks. Any phone that you use with Verizon has to be specifically made for Verizon.
