This comes up on my cellphone every time I download a ringtone and try to open it in Browser Alerts. It won't allow me to download it. And also whenever I try to get into my Spark Internet on my phone it says the same thing, and the internet is not blocked on my phone. My phone is a Motorola W385 From Telus Mobility. Please help!
