Verizon Blackberry Phone Problem?
Okayy, see the rim around the scroller on my blackberry broke, and i got a new one. Well this one is updated ive only had it for a week. It started yesterday when someone called it would ring 5 sec. then go to vmail I would never hear it ring. When I call out i dont hear anything my volumes up but the person im calling rings on their end but not on mine. Any ideas on how to fix it or what happened.
Oh when i listen to my ringtones or music on it the speaker work. So i know its not my speaker

Well if i dont figure it out im gonna go shopping tomorrow and take it and turn it in and just get a brand new phone. Ugh there so frustrating

honestly, sounds like a service issue. Try calling the *228 roaming list update if you haven't already. That doesn't work, return it a.s.a.p
