Why doesn't Samsung support replacement parts for their products? ?
My son received the Samsung 4GB MP3 (YP-S3JAGY/XAA) player for Christmas and has already misplaced the USB Charger/Sync Cable that it came with. I went to Samsung's website (and to Samsungparts.com) and am totally shocked that they don't carry replacement parts for their own products! I have been all over the internet looking for this cable. Any idea's on how I can find this cable?
Kind of like Home Depot, you guy their tools, shop vac etc. go to buy parts they don't have them, won't fall for that again. You as an employee they just say "Yeah we know"..good way to do business. When ever I buy anything anymore, I get the 800 number on the box call, if I can't get a person to talk to means you are going to have a problem shall it breaks down and you need to get parts, they get your money, you do not get service. The phone number to Samsung is 1-800-726-7864 That is 1-800-Samsung. I just bought 2 of their t.v.s I cannot believe how gorgeous the color and clarity is....fabulous. Good luck
