Now what do I do?
I had a tmobile juicy couture sidekick2 and I broke it, I called the company that made it and they said they cant fix it. so the only thing I could do was find one on Ebay. I look for an hour for the one in best condition and I finally found one with no scraths or anything and new and most of the things are still not open and it came witha free case ( not the one that comes with the sidekick) and car charger. so I bid on it and watched it and i didnt have a Ebay account so I asked my brother to bid for me and watch it so the last hour me and him watched it and he bid and somelady bid and then the last minute he bid then 5 seconds after us she bid. then the time was up. and my stupid older brother bid only 5 dollers on top of her and she bid 10. we bid pretty much at the same time but she had more money and won. I dont know what to do because all the other sidekicks are scratched up and old. What do I do?
There's not much you can do this round unless the woman defaults on her bid. Write the seller and tell them that if she doesn't pay for the item, please offer it to you if you're next highest bidder.
