AT&T Android Cell Phones?

Okay, so today I went into the local AT&T store to check out the new Motorola Backflip. When I asked the guy if any new HTC Android phones were coming out soon, he said that HTC would never make an Android OS phone. But I have seen several things about HTC Android phones coming to AT&T. He also said that there WERE going to be a Dell Mini 5 cell phone and a Nexus phone for AT&T? I already knew about the Dell phone, but a NEXUS Phone? If you have any info about the HTC *OR* NEXUS phones please tell me. Thank You.
I also saw today that the Google Online Store has offered their Nexus One to AT&T, but it is $529.99 so just a little out of my limit. Haha. Thanks again.

Your AT&T representative is wrong.

In fact HTC was the first manufacturer to introduce an Android phone to the consumer market which was the G1 or in the international market it's called the HTC Dream.

The myTouch 3G is also an HTC device. HTC Magic.

Sprint has an HTC Android phone too called the HTC Hero. So does Verizon with the HTC Droid Eris.

Anyways if you mean HTC phones coming to AT&T well an unlocked HTC Hero can be used so can an unlocked myTouch and everything.

But otherwise no, their hasn't been a confirmed official HTC phone that is going to be released with AT&T yet.

The Nexus phone is an HTC phone too. Nexus One might be coming to AT&T.
