My daughter has been asking me to re-do her room,"Tiffany Collection Style"?
I know the basic colors for this would be a light baby blue and silver but what else should I put in? We're moving into a new house on the 14th,so I wouldn't have too much time.She has a full size bed,white and pink dresser with a mirror (can easily be painted another color), and black tv stand. Her room is very spacious.I'd only have a budget of less than 300 dollars.Any ideas?
I think the blue is more of a robin's egg blue - different from baby blue. I'd use white and black, more black than just the TV stand. Use a mirror that is floral etched; these are quite common in the stores now. Put in a "crystal" chandelier. The pink on the dresser needs to be another color, or can it be covered with mirror tiles? Try to find either patterned sheets or bedding - don't let everything be solid colors. Bedside lamps could have shades trimmed with grosgrain ribbon - perhaps a stripe?
