Nokia phone question?!? PLS HELP!?

I bought this nokia battery of ebay for something like 5 bux. They say the thing is 'OEM'. But it does'nt have that hologram thing with the fancy code. Does it mean it's fake and not 'OEM'?

The battery is definitely not Nokia if it does not have the hologram and the 4 dots. However it still does not mean that the battery you bought is a fake since it claims to be OEM (but it should not mislead people by branding it "Nokia")
OEM batteries made for certain nokia models mean that the company must have purchased some components from Nokia to make that battery OEM or that it contains stuff coming from the "original equipment manufacturer."
