Q: About my lg vu cell phone?

Is it just my phone that you have to put the charger upside down in? I have the lg vu from at&t! I think that PRTC gives out referbished phones! PRTC sponsors at&t! This is my second phone from them and my 1st phone was a pantech matrix! It was a nice phone ,but it also gave me problems! I own the vu now...I don't think it sucks I think the company that sold it to me does! Did I mention I am on a 2 yr. contract? I only been with them since March this yr.!
