PDA Recomendation- for e-book reading/searching?

im looking for PDA phone/Pocket PC which have the following characteristic
- mid range budget
- able to read large .doc , .pdf or .lit files. And also seach a spesific word in the document, example: when you press cntrl+f on our microsoft word.
- Cell Phone
- camera will be a bonus.
Can anybody recommend a decent PDA phone, which will meet the needs above.

-Normal Symbian phones will be ok too. Any recomendation?
You should consider the 680, or even the 750. They're definitely much better, more advanced models (especially the 750, the most advanced). Look it up, and let me know if you're interesting in getting either; I have a 680 (crimson color), and a 750 for sale. Better price than retail value by the way.
