how do you get music from computer to mobile using window media?

i have just got a second hand spv m2000 and i have the desk top charger with usb and the companion cd it is orange nextwork and i am was wondering if any one knew how to get music from my computer to my mobile? .it has window media on there and so does my computer. when i plug it in it says there is no removable devices attacthed but there is.

have u installed the cd u got it with i it wont detect if u r using microsoft activsyinc then go to files and browse the file or song u want to put it might not happen from media player so try it from the cd
